• Meeting Stakeholders Where They Are: I don't force a one-size-fits-all approach on your teams. I actively make adjustments to fit your culture. For example, when noticing a global development team was hesitant to ask questions during calls, I redesigned our project hand-off process to match their communication style, vastly improving our partnership and reducing code defects. I always establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to understand their unique needs before diving into the work.

• Straightforward & Transparent Communication: You will never be left in the dark. I prioritize fostering transparency and alignment by explicitly communicating product changes and risks. I also establish methods for regular status updates and provide clear reporting to ensure vital information is clearly communicated across all highly matrixed groups.

• Building Trust Through Honesty: I believe in setting clear, honest boundaries and goals from day one. I frequently use tools like Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to establish a clear understanding of expectations, which actively builds partnership and trust between technical teams, operations, and customers.
